The Ingram Valley is a smashing place to visit as you have an abundance of hillforts to find, some hills to bag and is also a doorway to Hedgehope Hill if you fancy a big climb.
Cochrane Pike sits within a little cluster of hills so you can bag a few in one walk.
There is also a settlement on top of Cochrane Pike.
To get here it's just over a 3km walk from Ingram Bridge car park following a permissive path all the way with 213m of climbing.
